面向欧Ⅶ的制动磨损颗粒物排放测量方案

摘要:针对欧Ⅶ排放标准对制动磨损颗粒物排放提出的新要求,深入解读欧Ⅶ排放标准中制动磨损颗粒物限值、测试方法和测试设备要求,设计面向欧Ⅶ排放标准的制动磨损颗粒物测试惯量制动台,系统集成颗粒物测量系统、自动控制系统及机械-电惯量混合模拟技术,并提出适配不同场地条件的整体实验室布局型式。实际应用结果表明:该惯性制动台能够准确测量固体颗粒数、总颗粒数、PM2.5、PM10,该设计方案不仅能满足欧Ⅶ排放标准中制动磨损颗粒物测量要求,还可以提高测量的准确性,降低成本,优化空间。

Solutions for measuring brake wear particulate matter emissions under Euro Ⅶ Standard

Abstract: In response to the new requirements of the Euro Ⅶ Emission Standard for brake wear particulate matter emissions, the limit values, testing methods, and testing equipment requirements of the Euro Ⅶ Emission Standard for brake wear particulate matter are deeply interpreted, a brake inertia test bench for the Euro Ⅶ emission standard is designed. The bench integrates particulate matter measurement, automatic control system, and mechanical electric inertia hybrid simulation technology, and proposes an overall laboratory layout that is suitable for different site conditions. The practical application results show that the inertia brake platform can accurately measure the number of solid particles, total particle number PM2.5、PM10. This design scheme not only meets the requirements of Euro Ⅶ Emission Standard, but also improves the accuracy of testing, reduces costs, and optimizes space.
