改性剂对橡胶改性混凝土力学性能的影响

摘要:为提高橡胶改性混凝土的力学性能,选取NaOH、CaCl2、KH-550 3种改性剂对橡胶颗粒进行改性,借助扫描电子显微镜、气体吸附仪等设备,采用气体比表面积测试等试验研究不同改性剂对橡胶颗粒表面形貌的影响,分析橡胶改性混凝土力学性能的变化。结果表明:NaOH溶液处理的橡胶颗粒表面出现一定腐蚀情况,在一定范围内有利于提高橡胶改性混凝土的力学性能;CaCl2溶液处理的橡胶颗粒表面光滑,不利于橡胶改性混凝土力学性能的提升;KH-550溶液处理的橡胶颗粒表面极性基团数量增加,橡胶改性混凝土的力学性能有较大提高。可通过KH-550溶液处理橡胶颗粒提高橡胶改性混凝土的力学性能。

Effect of modifier on mechanical properties of rubber modified concrete

Abstract:In order to improve mechanical properties of rubber modified concrete, NaOH, CaCl2 and KH-500 are selected to modify the rubber particles. The effects of different modifiers on the surface morphology of rubber particles and the mechanical properties of rubber modified concrete were studied by specific surface test with scanning electron microscope, gas adsorption and other equipment. The results show that, the rubber surface of NaOH soused sample shows sign of slight corrosion, which is conducive on improving the mechanical properties of concrete in a certain range. The surface of CaCl2 soused rubber is smooth, which is not helpful on improving mechanical properties. The increasing polar groups on the KH-550 treated rubber surface can lead to a great improvement of the mechanical properties. Therefore, the mechanical properties of rubber modified concrete can be increased by means of rubber particles treated by KH-550 solution.
