基于弯沉盆参数的沥青路面损伤状况评价

摘要:为评定路面结构的损伤状态,以安徽省某高速公路养护段为试验段,设计沥青路面损伤状况快速检测方法,通过落锤式弯沉仪(falling weight deflectometer,FWD)测定弯沉盆几何特征参数,分析不同病害处的弯沉情况,提出基于弯沉盆参数的沥青路面结构损伤状况评价方法,推荐评价路面整体和各结构层状况良好的标准。结果表明:高速公路损伤路面的横向裂缝、纵向裂缝和沉陷处损伤的影响区域范围分别为1.5、2.0、1.5~3.5 m;根据路面病害段和无病害段FWD弯沉盆几何特征参数的分布,将荷载中心最大弯沉小于100.1 μm、邻近荷载区域弯沉差小于42.4 μm、20~60 cm区域弯沉差小于31.3 μm及弯沉盆末端弯沉小于24.5 μm作为判断路面整体、面层、基层和路基状况良好的评价标准。该方法可为高速公路养护维修前路面损伤状况的判定提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract:In order to evaluate the damage state of the pavement structure, while a maintenance section of an expressway in Anhui was used as the test section, a rapid detection method for the damage condition of the asphalt pavement is developed to analyze the deflection of different diseases through the geometric characteristic parameters of the falling weight deflectometer (FWD) deflection basin. A method for evaluating structural damage of asphalt pavement based on deflection basin is proposed, and the limit value of the overall condition of the pavement and each structural layer is recommended. The results show that, the influence areas of transverse cracks, longitudinal cracks and subsidence damage on the damaged pavement of expressway are 1.5 m, 2.0 m,and 1.5-3.5 m, respectively. According to the distribution of geometric characteristic parameters of FWD deflection basin in diseased and non-diseased sections of pavement, the evaluation standard for judging the good condition of the overall pavement, surface layer, base layer and subgrade is built when the maximum deflection of the load center is less than 100.1 μm, and the deflection difference in the adjacent loading area is less than 42.4 μm, and the deflection difference in the 20-60 cm area is less than 31.3 μm and the deflection at the end of the deflection basin is less than 24.5 μm. This method can provide reference for the judgment of the damage condition of the pavement before maintenance of expressway.
