文丘里管设计仿真一体化平台的设计

摘要:为避免文丘里管设计过程中因压差传感器量程而导致的大量重复性迭代工作,基于优化设计软件Isight、Creo二次开发工具Protoolkit、计算流体动力学(computational fluid dynamics, CFD)仿真分析软件STAR-CCM+和参数化设计原理,开发文丘里管设计仿真一体化平台,通过某发动机的文丘里管设计对一体化平台进行实例验证。结果表明,文丘里管设计仿真一体化平台能够通过对喉口直径的快速优化迭代获得最优计算结果,实现文丘里管自动优化设计,满足国六柴油机的仿真开发要求。

Integrated platform for design and simulation of Venturi tube

Abstract:In order to avoid a lot of repetitive iterative work in the design process of Venturi tube due to the range selection of pressure differential sensor, an integrated platform of Venturi tube is developed based on the optimization design software Isight, the secondary development tool Protoolkit of Creo, the CFD software STAR-CCM+ combined with the parametric design principle. An example of Venturi tube design is given to verify the integrated platform. The results show that the integrated platform for design and simulation of the Venturi tube can obtain the optimal calculation results of the throat diameter through the rapid optimization iteration, and realize the automatic optimization of the design of the Venturi tube, which meets the simulation development requirements of CHINA 6.
