整车灰尘侵入试验影响因素研究

摘要:为提高汽车整车防尘密封性能,论证基于整车灰尘侵入环境舱的粉尘试验方法的先进性,利用环境舱开展试验研究,重点分析汽车内外压差、环境粉尘质量浓度、环境温度、环境相对湿度、车辆密封程度对车内粉尘质量浓度的影响。结果表明:车内粉尘质量浓度随汽车内外压差、环境粉尘质量浓度的增大而增大,但当压差达到-125 Pa,或外界粉尘质量浓度达到1 000 mg/m3后,车内粉尘质量浓度变化较小;环境相对湿度增大,车内粉尘质量浓度轻微下降;环境温度在0~40 ℃范围波动对车内粉尘质量浓度的影响很小;车辆的密封程度越高,车内粉尘质量浓度越低。

Study on influence factors of dust intrusion test for complete vehicles

Abstract: To enhance the dust-proof sealing performance of automobiles, the progressiveness of dustproof tests based on the dust intrusion environment chamber is demonstrated. Experimental research is conducted using the environment chamber, with a focus on analyzing the effects of the internal and external pressure difference of the vehicle, the mass concentration of environmental dust, ambient temperature, ambient relative humidity, and the sealing degree of the vehicle on the mass concentration of dust inside the vehicle. The results indicate that the mass concentration of dust inside the vehicle increases with the rise in the internal and external pressure difference or the mass concentration of environmental dust, but when the pressure difference reaches -125 Pa or the external dust mass concentration reaches 1 000 mg/m3, the change in the mass concentration of dust inside the vehicle becomes minimal; as the ambient relative humidity increases, the mass concentration of dust inside the vehicle slightly decreases; fluctuations in ambient temperature (0–40 ℃) have a negligible impact on the mass concentration of dust inside the vehicle; and the higher the sealing degree of the vehicle, the lower the mass concentration of dust inside the vehicle.
