温度和燃油体积对某混合动力汽车油箱内部压力及碳罐吸附影响的试验研究

摘要:为满足插电式混合动力汽车(plug-in hybrid electric vehicle,PHEV)燃油系统蒸发排放的严格标准要求,通过模拟典型用户场景,设置恒温、温度循环、不同燃油体积等工况,测试不同工况下高压油箱内部压力与高效吸附碳罐质量变化。试验结果表明:油箱内部压力与吸附碳罐质量均随温度和燃油体积的升高而增大;各工况下最大油箱内部压力均低于31 kPa,碳罐质量最大增加12.42 g,满足内部控制标准要求。

Experimental study on the influence of temperature and fuel volume on fuel tank pressure and carbon canister adsorption for a PHEV

Abstract: In order to address the stringent regulatory requirements for the fuel systems of a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV), this research conductes performance tests on high-pressure fuel tanks and high-efficiency adsorption carbon canisters by simulating typical user scenarios. The tests are configured with conditions such as constant temperature, temperature cycling, and varying fuel levels to monitor the changes in the internal pressure of the fuel tank and the adsorption mass of the carbon canister. The results indicate that under all operating conditions, the peak internal pressure of the fuel tank remains below 31 kPa, and the maximum increase in the mass of the carbon canister does not exceed 12.42 g, which meets the internal control criteria.
