摘要:为精准评估柴油机喷油泵的可靠性,提出一种喷油泵动力学计算方法,通过AVL Excite软件建立某柴油机用喷油泵动力学模型,综合考虑转速波动、油压、零部件刚度等因素的影响,对衬套油膜厚度、凸轮轴强度、输出转矩进行动力学分析,并与试验结果进行对比。结果表明:使用该方法计算得到的凸轮轴衬套油膜厚度和凸轮轴强度与实际故障情况相吻合;仿真计算得到的喷油泵输出端转矩与试验结果的平均峰值相对误差约为5%,设计的喷油泵模型可以用于喷油泵动力学计算及可靠性评估。

A calculation method for the reliability of a fuel injection pump based on dynamic simulation

Abstract: In order to accurately assess the reliability of the diesel injection pump, a method of dynamical calculation of the injection pump is proposed , and a dynamical model of a diesel injection pump through AVL Excite software is developed. Taking into account the impact of factors such as fluctuations in speed, fuel pressure, the stiffness of the components, a dynamic analysis is conducted on the thickness of the liner oil film, the strength of the camshaft, and the output torque, and the simulation results are compared with the test results. The results show that the camshaft bushing oil film thickness and camshaft strength calculated using this method correspond to the actual failure condition, the relative error of the simulated calculated output torque of the injection pump is approximately 5% relative to the average peak of the test results, and the design of the injection pump model can be used to calculate the dynamics of the injection pump.
