制造过程对电机硅钢软磁材料磁滞损耗的影响

摘要:为明确磁滞损耗在制造过程中的演化规律,从计算精度、适用范围、计算复杂程度等方面对比分析自然状态下和含残余应力的磁滞损耗计算方法的优缺点,并总结磁滞损耗计算方法的发展方向。结果表明:较小的拉应力可提高材料的磁性能,较大的拉应力导致材料的磁性能下降;对于存在残余应力的铁磁材料,应采用随峰值磁感应强度和应力变化的模型参数计算磁滞损耗;对于存在塑性应变的铁磁材料,将模型的非磁滞磁化行为参数和磁畴壁集中系数表示为位错密度的函数,可以较好地预测铁磁材料的磁滞损耗;未来铁磁材料磁滞损耗的计算应考虑残余应力和塑性应变的耦合影响。

Effect of manufacturing process on hysteresis loss of motor silicon steel soft magnetic material

Abstract: In order to study the evolution law of hysteresis loss in the manufacturing process, the advantages and disadvantages of hysteresis loss calculation methods under natural state and with residual stress are compared and analyzed from the aspects of calculation accuracy, applicability, and computational complexity. The development direction of hysteresis loss calculation methods is also analyzed. The results show that smaller tensile stress can improve the magnetic properties of the material, but larger tensile stress leads to a decrease in the magnetic properties of the material. For ferromagnetic materials with residual stress, the hysteresis loss should be calculated using model parameters that vary with peak magnetic induction intensity and stress. For ferromagnetic materials with plastic strain, expressing the non hysteresis magnetization behavior parameters and magnetic domain wall concentration coefficient of the model as a function of dislocation density can effectively predict the hysteresis loss of ferromagnetic materials. The calculation of hysteresis loss in future ferromagnetic materials should consider the coupled effects of residual stress and plastic strain.
