基于ANSA的汽车轮毂模态分析

摘要:针对家用轿车铝合金轮毂的可靠性需求,采用CATIA软件建立轮毂三维模型,采用ANSA软件对轮毂进行网格划分和模态计算,采用后处理软件META计算轮毂的固有频率和模态,并通过模态分离度(modal separation margin, MSM)定量评估轮毂设计的可靠性。计算结果表明:设计的轮毂在复杂工况下具有较高的可靠性,轮毂固有频率为383.3 Hz,显著高于平坦路面激励频率、凹凸不平路面激励频率、发动机最高振动频率;轮毂的MSM为56.5%,远大于最低安全阈值,有效规避了与相邻部件的共振风险。

Modal analysis of automobile wheel hub based on ANSA

Abstract: In response to the reliability requirements of aluminum alloy wheels for a certain family car, a three-dimensional model of the wheel hub is established using CATIA software. The wheel hub is meshed and simulated using ANSA software, and the natural frequencies and modes of the wheel hub are calculated using post-processing software META. The reliability of the wheel hub design is quantitatively evaluated through the modal separation margin(MSM) index. The calculation results show that the natural frequency of the wheel hub is 383.3 Hz, significantly higher than the excitation frequency of flat road surfaces, uneven road surfaces, and the highest vibration frequency of the engine. The MSM of the wheel hub is 56.5%, far exceeding the minimum safety threshold, effectively avoiding the risk of resonance with adjacent components. The designed wheel hub has high reliability under complex working conditions.
