增压柴油机蒸汽喷注余热回收系统试验研究

摘要:为实现增压柴油机排气余热的高效回收,基于某增压柴油机试验台架,设计并搭建蒸汽喷注余热回收系统,试验研究蒸汽喷注余热回收系统对柴油机性能的影响。试验结果表明:中低转速工况下,蒸汽喷注可有效改善增压压力,柴油机燃油消耗率最大可降低5.8 g/(kW·h);在高转速工况下,喷注蒸汽进一步增大柴油机的排气背压,但无法改善柴油机的燃油消耗。为改善蒸汽喷注余热回收系统的效果,需进一步优化柴油机增压系统的匹配。

Experimental study on steam injected system recovering waste heat from the turbocharged diesel engine

Abstract: To achieve efficient recovery of exhaust heat from turbocharged diesel engines, a steam injection waste heat recovery system is proposed. Based on a turbocharged diesel engine test bench, a steam injection waste heat recovery system is designed and built, and the effect of the steam injected system on diesel engine performance is studied experimentally. The experimental results show that steam injection can effectively improve the boost pressure under low and medium speed conditions, and the maximum specific fuel consumption of diesel engines can be improved by 5.8 g/(kW·h). Under high-speed operating conditions, injected steam further increases the exhaust back pressure of the diesel engine, which makes it impossible to improve the fuel efficiency of the diesel engine. To improve the effectiveness of the steam injection waste heat recovery system, it is necessary to further optimize the matching of the diesel engine turbocharging system.
