纯电动装载机整车控制器设计

摘要:分析纯电动装载机功能需求,明确整车控制器应具备的硬件功能,并根据各传感器和执行器确定各硬件模块的通道数量,完成整车控制器硬件设计。基于Bootloader实现生成代码下载;基于局域网总线标定协议开发上位机标定软件,通过解析A2L文件对程序中的参数进行观测和标定。对应用整车控制器的纯电动装载机进行实车V型铲装作业试验验证。结果表明:相同时间内,纯电动装载机的效率较柴油装载机提高8.7%;相同工况下,纯电动装载机作业成本约为柴油装载机的35%。

Design of vehicle controller for pure electric loader

Abstract: The functional requirements of the pure electric loader are analyzed and the hardware functions of the vehicle controller are confirmed. The hardware circuit of the vehicle controller is designed according to the types of sensors and actuators. The generated code can be downloaded to the controller based on Bootloader. The host computer calibration software is developed according to the CCP protocol. The monitored and calibrated parameters can be operated in the calibration software by the A2L file. The developed controller is installed on a pure electric loader which is compared with a same specifications of diesel loader. The test result shows that the efficiency of the pure electric loader is enhanced 8.7% with the cost reduced, 35% compared with the using cost of diesel loader in the V-shaped shovel loading operation.
