基于相关性-偏移量混合分析的船用柴油发电机组传感系统故障诊断方法

摘要:为有效诊断柴油发电机组中出现故障的传感器类型,提出一种基于相关性-偏移量混合分析的传感系统故障诊断方法。通过小波包信息熵提取柴油发电机组上不同类型传感器采集的信号特征,利用相关性分析确定故障传感器的类型,通过偏移量分析进一步验证分析结果的准确率。试验结果表明,采用该方法进行传感器系统故障诊断的准确率可达92.52%,能够有效识别出柴油发电机组中存在故障的传感器类型。

Abstract:To effectively diagnose the types of sensors that cause faults in diesel generator sets, a sensor system fault diagnosis method based on correlation-offset hybrid analysis is proposed,which employs wavelet packet information entropy to extract distinctive features from signals obtained from diverse sensor types installed on the diesel generator set. The method utilizes correlation analysis to ascertain the types of faulty sensors and validates the outcomes through offset analysis. The experimental results show that employing this method for sensor system fault diagnosis attains an accuracy rate of up to 92.52%, which can effectively identify the types of sensors with faults in diesel generator sets.
