基于传递矩阵法和拼装角偏差的顶推梁体

无应力线形的实现

摘要:为确定待拼梁体的拼装高程,保证成桥后梁体的拼装线形与理论制造线形一致,针对传统的顶推桥梁施工控制特点,以已拼装梁体与待拼梁体间的拼装角及其偏差为控制参数,采用传递矩阵法计算待拼梁体的拼装高程。结果表明:梁体的实测无应力线形与理论无应力线形高度吻合,绝大多数测点的偏差均小于10 mm,表明此待拼梁体高程的计算方法简单、实用。在实际工程中的应用表明,梁体顶推作业进展顺利,梁体线形控制效果较好。

Realization of unstressed alignment of incremental launching beam based on transfer matrix method and assembly angle deviation

Abstract:To determine the assembly elevation of the beam to be assembled and ensure that the assembly alignment of the beam after completion of the bridge is consistent with the theoretical manufacturing alignment, the transfer-matrix method method is used to calculate the assembly elevation of the beam to be assembled. The assembly angle and deviation between the assembled beam and the beam to be assembled is taken as the control parameters, in accordance with the construction control characteristics of the traditional launching bridge. The results show that the measured unstressed alignment of the beam is highly consistent with the theoretical unstressed alignment, and the deviation of most measuring points is less than 10 mm. The calculation method of the beam height to be assembled is simple and practical. The application in practical engineering shows that the beam pushing operation is progressing smoothly, and the beam alignment control effect is good.
