气门结构对排气道排气能力的影响

摘要:为研究气门结构对发动机排气道排气能力的影响,采用SST k-ω耦合湍流模型进行流场数值仿真,对比分析2种不同气门结构下排气道内气体流动状态,重点研究气门密封处气体流动状态和速度特性;通过气道吹风试验验证流体仿真的准确性。结果表明:仿真与吹风试验结果一致;气门颈部角与气门密封面角的差越小,局部阻力越小,局部损失越低,速度降低越小,排气能力越好。

Influence of valve structure on exhaust capacity of the engine exhaust passage

Abstract:In order to investigate the influence of valve structure on the exhaust capacity of the engine exhaust passage, the SST k-ω coupled turbulence model is used to conduct numerical simulation research on the flow field. The gas flow states in the exhaust ports under two different valve structures are compared, and the gas flow states and velocity characteristics at the valve seal are mainly investigated. The accuracy of the fluid simulation is verified by the airway blowing test. The results show that the simulation results are consistent with the results of the blowing test. The smaller the difference between the valve neck angle and the valve sealing surface angle is, the smaller the local resistance is, the lower the local loss is, the smaller the velocity drop is, and the better the exhaust capacity is.
