基于功基窗口法的道路NOx排放风险研究

摘要:为研究功基窗口法对便携式排放测试系统整车道路试验污染物排放结果的影响,从功率阈值、评价标准、NOx体积分数峰值3方面开展试验研究。结果表明:在某一功率阈值下,90%有效功基窗口NOx比排放满足排放标准限值要求时,可降低发动机负荷,减小功率阈值,确保低功率阈值下NOx比排放仍满足排放标准限值要求;欧六e标准的90%有效功基窗口NOx比排放计算结果高于国六b标准,排放超限风险较高;NOx体积分数峰值对90%有效功基窗口NOx比排放的影响很大,可能会导致排放超限风险。

Risk study on road NOx emission based on power basis window method

Abstract:In order to study the impact of the power based window method on the road test results of portable emission testing systems, experimental research is conducted from three aspects: power threshold, evaluation criteria, and peak NOx volume fraction. The results show that at a certain power threshold, when the 90% effective power window NOx specific emission meets the emission standard limit requirements, the engine load and power threshold can be reduced, and the NOx specific emission at low power threshold can be calculated to ensure that the NOx specific emission still meets the emission standard limit requirements at low power threshold. The 90% effective power basis window NOx emission calculation result of the EU 6 e standard is higher than that of the CHINA VI b standard, which indicates a high risk of exceeding the emission limit. The peak volume fraction of NOx has a significant impact on the NOx specific emission of the 90% effective power window, which may lead to the risk of exceeding emission limits.
