急降怠速工况下DPF主动再生温度特性试验研究

摘要:为了探究柴油机颗粒物捕集器(diesel particulate filter, DPF)在急降怠速(drop to idle, DTI)工况下再生时内部温度变化规律,开展DTI试验,分析DPF内部温度场。结果表明:在靠近DPF出口位置,中环以内温度偏高,出现最大峰值温度,碳载量为11 g/L时最高摄氏温度可达1 163.1 ℃;在中环到边缘处出现最大的径向温度梯度,碳载量为11 g/L时最大径向温度梯度为221.83 ℃/cm;峰值温度和径向温度梯度均随碳载量的增加而增大,增大载体烧裂风险;堇青石DPF在碳载量为5 g/L左右时应进行再生,碳化硅DPF的极限碳载量可拓展至10 g/L以上;相比堇青石DPF,碳化硅DPF可减少主动再生频率,降低再生油耗,提高燃油经济性。

Experimental study on temperature characteristics of DPF active regeneration under DTI condition

Abstract:In order to explore the internal temperature change rule of DPF under drop to idle(DTI) condition, a series of DTI tests are conducted, and the internal temperature field of DPF is analyzed based on the test results. It is found that at the position near the outlet end, the temperature inside the middle ring is relatively high, and the maximum temperature peak will appear, which can reach 1 163.1 ℃ at 11 g/L soot load. The maximum radial temperature gradient appears from the middle ring to the edge, which can reach 221.83 ℃/cm under 11 g/L soot load. The increasing soot load increases the risk of carrier burning. Compared with Cordierite DPF, which needs regeneration when the soot load accumulates to about 5 g/L, the highest soot load of Silicon carbide DPF can be extended to more than 10 g/L, which can reduce the active regeneration frequency, reduce the regeneration fuel consumption and improve fuel economy.
