摘要:为提升沥青路面层间的抗剪性能,延长沥青路面使用寿命,以沥青路面碎石封层为研究对象,采用AC-20沥青混合料与水泥稳定碎石混合料成型复合试件,采用剪切仪进行层间抗剪强度和层间剪切疲劳试验,分析在摊铺沥青面层时加热碎石封层对沥青路面层间剪切疲劳性能的影响。试验结果表明:碎石封层经过加热的复合试件的抗剪强度、破坏位移、疲劳寿命分别增大约36%、26%、118%,加热碎石封层有利于提高沥青路面层间整体性能,延长沥青路面寿命;随应力比的增大,复合试件的剪切疲劳寿命急剧降低,道路运营时应控制通行车辆的超载情况。

Influence of heating crushed stone seal on shear fatigue performance of asphalt pavement structure interfaces

Abstract:In order to improve the shear performance between the layers of asphalt pavement and prolong the service life of asphalt pavement, taking the crushed stone seal of asphalt pavement as the research object, AC-20 asphalt mixture and cement stabilized macadam mixture are used to form the composite specimens.Theinterlayer shear strength and shear fatigue tests are carried out by the shear apparatus and the influence of heated crushed stone seal on the interlayer shear fatigue performance of asphalt pavement is analyzed. The test results show that the shear strength, failure displacement and fatigue life of the heated composite specimen of the crushed stone seal increased by about 36%, 26% and 118%, respectively. The heated crushed stone seal is beneficial to improve the overall performance of the asphalt pavement interlayer and prolong the service life of the asphalt pavement. The shear fatigue life decreases sharply with the increase of the stress ratio and the overload of vehicles should be controlled during road operation.
