气缸体斜油孔内漏修复技术

摘要:为提高废旧气缸体的利用率,结合现有的修复技术,对有斜油孔缺陷的气缸体进行分类统计分析,确定采用镶嵌冷拔钢管的方法对其进行修复。通过气密性检测试验确定斜油孔内漏部位,将原斜油孔改为3段阶梯孔,在内漏部位镶嵌冷拔钢管进行修复。装配完成并平磨后,测量气缸体各尺寸符合图纸要求。将修复后的气缸体装机,进行8 h耐久试验,进行拆检和气密性检测试验,结果表明修复后的气缸体未出现内漏现象。

Repair technology of internal leakage in inclined oil hole of cylinder block

Abstract:In order to improve the utilization rate of waste cylinder block, based on the existing repair technology as well as the classification and statistical analysis of the cylinder block with inclined oil hole defects, the method of inlaying cold drawn steel pipes is developed. The internal leakage position of the inclined oil hole is found through the air tightness test. The original inclined oil hole is changed into a three section stepped hole, and the internal leakage position is repaired by inlaying a cold drawn steel pipe. Assembly and flat grinding are used to ensure the dimensions of the cylinder block to meet the drawing requirements. An 8hour durability test, disassembly inspection and air tightness test are also carried out. The results show that the repaired cylinder block has no internal leakage. The repair technology is conducive to improving the utilization rate of waste cylinder blocks, reducing costs and saving resources.
