基于AVL-Boost的柴油机停缸性能仿真研究

摘要:为提高柴油机的燃油经济性,利用一维热力学软件AVL-Boost搭建某6缸柴油机仿真模型,采集试验数据对模型进行标定;分别对3个气缸断油同时停止气门运动、断油同时控制气门开启2种停缸模式进行仿真,研究停缸技术对柴油机性能的影响。结果表明:采用断油同时停止气门运动模式,高转速时可小幅降低柴油机油耗,但低转速时油耗上升;采用断油同时控制气门开启模式,部分负荷时停止向3个气缸喷油,断油同时控制气门开启可降低泵气压力损失,改善发动机燃油经济性。

Performance simulation of the diesel engine with cylinder deactivation based on AVL-Boost

Abstract:In order to improve the fuel economy of diesel engines, the simulation model of a 6-cylinder diesel engine is built by using one-dimensional thermodynamic software AVL-Boost, and the test data is collected to calibrate the model. The two types of cylinder stopping modes, stopping valve movement at the same time of fuel cut-off of three cylinders and controlling valve opening at the same time of fuel cut-off of three cylinders, are simulated. And the effect of cylinder deactivation technology on diesel engine performance is studied. The results show that when the mode of stopping the intake and exhaust valve movement at the same time of fuel cut-off is adopted, the fuel consumption of the diesel engine at high speeds is lightly reduced, but increases at low speed. When the mode of controlling intake and exhaust valve opening at the same time of fuel cut-off is adopted, the fuel economy of the engine improves as well as pumping loss decreasing.
