某110 m江海联运散货运输船推进系统的匹配应用

摘要:为研究散货运输船推进系统的匹配合理性问题,以越南110 m江海联运散货运输船为研究对象,建立螺旋桨仿真模型,基于船舶系泊特征和自由航行特征对船-机-桨匹配情况进行仿真分析,并进行实船跟踪测试验证。结果表明:柴油机最大转速可以达到额定转速,实际功率基本位于理论推进线附近;与同类型船舶匹配的其它型号主机相比,1个航次节油约20%,表明该船船-机-柴匹配合理,经济和动力性满足客户使用要求。

Matching application of propulsion system of a 110 m river-sea combined bulk cargo carrier

Abstract:In order to solve the matching problem of the propulsion system of a bulk cargo carrier, a simulation model is established with Vietnam 110 m river sea combined bulk cargo carrier as the research object. The ship engine propeller matching is simulated and analyzed by checking the ship mooring characteristics and free navigation characteristics, and the real ship test is carried out to verify. The results show that the maximum speed of the diesel engine can reach the rated speed, the actual power of the diesel engine is basically located near the theoretical propulsion line. Compared with other types of main engines of the same type of ships, a voyage can save about 20% of fuel, the shipenginepropeller is well matched, and its economy and power meets customer requirements.
