基于CFD仿真的机油泵卸荷槽降噪试验研究

摘要:为降低某外啮合机油泵的噪声,采用计算流体动力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)建立机油泵三维模型,对机油泵不同工作位置的压力波动进行仿真分析,确定噪声原因并提出优化方案,通过台架试验验证降噪效果。CFD仿真结果表明,机油泵噪声原因为困油区压力波动过大。优化机油泵结构,在机油泵端盖上增加非对称渐开线月牙卸荷槽。台架试验结果表明:机油泵转速为1500 r/min时噪声降低5.0 dB,其他测点转速时噪声降低0.8~2.0 dB。

Abstract:In order to reduce the noise of an externally engaged oil pump, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) is used to establish a three-dimensional model of the oil pump. The pressure fluctuations at different working positions of the oil pump are simulated and analyzed to determine the cause of noise and propose an optimization scheme. The noise reduction effect is verified through bench tests. The CFD simulation results show that the noise of the oil pump is caused by the excessive pressure fluctuation in the trapped area.The structure of the oil pump is optimized by adding an asymmetric involute crescent unloading groove on the end cover of the oil pump. The bench test results show that the noise of the oil pump is reduced by 5.0 dB at 1500 r/min and 0.8-2.0 dB at other speeds. The noise reduction effect is obvious.
