大功率艇用发动机振动分析及优化

摘要:针对某大功率艇用发动机试验中出现增压器压端波纹管断裂现象,利用AVL_PU软件建立整机仿真模型,并进行仿真计算与振动试验对比分析。结果表明:模型一阶仿真计算与振动试验测试结果一致,误差在10%以内;断裂点x、y方向最大振动速度超出限值为20 mm/s的规定,是断裂的主要原因。通过增加飞轮壳厚度及支撑加强筋,提高增压器支撑结构刚度,优化后的发动机断裂点仿真计算和振动试验的最大振动速度均低于限值,满足设计要求。

Vibration analysis and optimization of highpower marine engine

Abstract:Aiming at the fracture of the bellows at the pressure end of the supercharger in the test of a highpower marine engine, the AVL_PU software is used to establish a simulation model of the whole machine, and the simulation calculation and the vibration test are compared and analyzed. The results show that the first-order simulation calculation of the model is consistent with the vibration test results, and the error is within 10%; the maximum vibration velocity in the x and y directions of the fracture point exceeds the limition of 20 mm/s, which is the main reason for the fracture. By increasing the thickness of the flywheel shell and the support ribs, the rigidity of the supercharger support structure is improved, the simulation and test results of the optimized maximum vibration velocity at the breaking point of the engine are all lower than the limitition, which meets the design requirements.
