发动机组合式凸轮轴装配装置的研制

摘要:为提高发动机组合式凸轮轴装配精度,保证组合式凸轮轴各缸同名凸轮相位角的精确度,设计制作操作方便的组合式凸轮轴装配装置,并进行实际应用。应用结果表明:该装配装置可以快速、精准地装配凸轮轴;各缸相位角调整操作简单、方便、快捷,准确度高,使用该装配装置调整的各缸同名进、排气凸轮相位角满足使用要求,凸轮轴装机后,发动机性能稳定、可靠。

Abstract: In order to improve the assembly accuracy of the combined camshaft of the engine and ensure the accuracy of the phase angle of the camshaft with the same name of each cylinder, a convenient assembly device of the combined camshaft is designed and made, and the practical application is carried out. The application results show that the assembly device can assemble the camshaft quickly and accurately. The phase angle adjustment operation of each cylinder is simple, convenient, fast and accurate. The phase angle of each cylinder with the same name and exhaust CAM adjusted by the assembly device meets the requirements of use. After the camshaft is installed, the engine performance is stable and reliable.
