基于马尔科夫过程的轻型柴油车RDE工况构建

摘要:为提高国六轻型车实际行驶污染物排放(real driving emissions,RDE)测试效率,降低RDE标定成本和周期,以某款轻型皮卡用柴油车为研究对象,基于马尔科夫过程算法开发RDE工况随机生成器。基于积累的和该车型的RDE数据,构建城市、郊区和高速工况的转移矩阵,随机生成RDE的城市、郊区和高速工况,并进行RDE实测验证。结果表明:该生成器生成的RDE工况覆盖轻型车国六标准所有工况,通过合规性验证,可为仿真模型搭建、发动机在环台架试验等提供支撑。

Construction of RDE operating conditions for light diesel vehiclesbased on Markov process

Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency of real driving emissions (RDE) testing for CHINA 6 light diesel vehicles and reduce the cost and cycle of RDE calibration, a random generator for RDE operating conditions is developed based on Markov process algorithm for a certain light pickup truck diesel vehicle as the research object. Based on the accumulated RDE data of the vehicle model, a transition matrix for urban, suburban, and high-speed driving conditions is established, which could randomly generate RDE urban, suburban, and high-speed driving conditions. The results show that the RDE working conditions generated by the generator cover all working conditions of the CHINA 6 standard for light vehicles, which can provide support for simulation model construction and engine in the loop test bench through compliance verification.
