氢燃料电池发动机性能评价方法

摘要:为科学定量地评价氢燃料电池发动机性能,从起动性能、稳态性能、动态性能、安全性能4个维度构建氢燃料电池发动机性能评价指标体系,设定评价函数与指标权重,建立氢燃料电池发动机综合性能量化评价方法,验证分析7款行业主流氢燃料电池发动机的综合性能。结果表明:该评价方法可用数据量化氢燃料电池发动机的性能;目前行业内的氢燃料电池发动机需进一步改善动态性能,满足汽车工况的变化要求;国内部分企业的氢燃料电池发动机的动态性能和起动性能已达到甚至超过国际先进水平,但综合性能与国际先进水平仍有一定差距。

Abstract:In order to obtain objective and quantitative evaluation of hydrogen fuel cell engine performance, an index system for performance evaluation of hydrogen fuel cell engine is constructed, and its evaluation function and weight ratio are set to form the scientific, effective and quantitative evaluation method. Hydrogen fuel cell engines with the mainstream status at number of 7 are verified and analyzed. The results show that the quantitative evaluation method in the form of scores could visually display the performance of fuel cell engines. The dynamic performance of fuel cell engines in the current industry needs to be further improved, so as to meet the changing requirement of vehicle working conditions. In terms of dynamic performance and starting performance, some domestic enterprises have reached or exceeded the international advanced level, but the comprehensive performance is still a certain gap with the international advanced level.
