冷却模块装配工艺的正向规划设计

摘要:为提高商用车总装线的装配效率并降低成本,应用模块化装配理念,正向规划设计商用车冷却模块装配工艺。分析冷却模块装配流程,计算生产节拍、理论工位数和装配人员,采用TeamCenter软件进行工序效率平衡、单次配送量与配送节拍计算和三维工艺布局设计。结果表明:冷却模块分装区设置4个分装工位,配置3个分装作业员工可以满足总装配车间产能需求;冷却模块总成送至主线的配送节拍为23 min。最终的工艺布局为作业工位居中、物料缓存环绕的形式,与原工艺布局相比,作业人员减少一半,作业面积大幅降低,提高了商用车主机厂的生产效率。

Forward design of cooling module assembly process

Abstract:In order to improve the assembly efficiency of commercial vehicle assembly line and reduce cost, the modular assembly concept is applied to design the assembly process of commercial vehicle cooling modules. The assembly process of the cooling module, production rhythm, theoretical number of workstations and workers are considered. TeamCenter software is used to balance process efficiency, calculate single delivery volume and delivery rhythm, and design a three-dimensional process layout. The results show that the cooling module packaging area could meet the production capacity requirements of the total assembly workshop by setting up 4 packaging workstations and configuring 3 packaging workers. The delivery time for the cooling module assembly to the main line is 23 min. The final process layout is centered around the work station and surrounded by material cache. Compared with the original process layout, the number of workers is reduced by half, the work area is significantly reduced, and the production efficiency of the commercial vehicle main factory is improved.
