摘要:为满足内河船舶天然气发动机的市场需求,在Z6180柴油机基础上,结合船舶发动机运行特点,提出Z6180T型点燃式船用天然气发动机总体方案;遵循模块化设计方法,优化设计发动机的点火系统、配气相位、进气系统、压缩比及安全监控系统,改进关键零部件;根据设计方案制作Z6180T样机,并开展排放、耐久试验和型式认可试验。试验结果表明:设计开发的Z6180T型点燃式船用天然气发动机工作可靠、性能稳定,各项性能指标均达到设计要求;整机排放满足船舶发动机国二排放标准要求,发动机额定工况下的最小燃气消耗率不超过200 g/(kW·h)。

Design and development of a spark ignition marine natural gas engine

Abstract:In order to meet the market demand of inland river ships for natural gas engines, based on Z6180 diesel engine and combined with the operation characteristics of ship engines, the overall scheme of Z6180T ignition marine natural gas engine is developed. Following the modular design method, the engine ignition system, valve timing, intake system, compression ratio and safety monitoring system, are optimized and improved, as well as some key components. The prototype of Z6180T is experimental examined for emission,durability and type approval test. The results show that the designed Z6180T ignition marine natural gas engine is reliable and stable in performance,and all performance meets the design requirements. The whole engine emission meets the requirements of the CHINA Ⅱemission standard for marine engines, the minimum gas consumption rate of the engine under rated operating conditions is not exceed 200 g/(kW·h).
