某客滚轮船-机-桨匹配分析及螺旋桨优化

摘要:为解决某客滚轮试航时出现的主机超负荷、转速无法升高故障,采用CATIA软件对船体建模,利用STAR-CCM+软件进行船体水动力仿真,通过船体阻力计算、系泊特征校核、自由航行计算,确定故障原因为螺旋桨较重,匹配不合理,与实船测试结果一致。对螺旋桨进行优化,设计理论高效桨并进行匹配分析,结果表明:更换新桨后,船舶最高航速达到15 kn,提升0.2 kn,且主机功率储备为15%,满足设计要求。

Ship-engine-propeller matching and propeller optimization design of a ro-ro passenger ship

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of the main engine overloaded and unable to increase the speed during the trial voyage of a passenger roller, CATIA software is used to model the ship, and STAR-CCM+ software is used to simulate the ship′s hydrodynamic forces. Through hull resistance calculation, mooring feature verification, and free sailing calculation, it is determined that the fault is due to the heavy propeller, which is not matched reasonably, and is consistent with the actual ship test results. The propeller is optimized, and matching analysis is performed. The results show that after replacing the new propeller, the maximum speed of the ship reaches 15 kn, an increase of 0.2 kn, and there is a 15% reserve of the main engine power, which meets the design requirements.
