基于3B-MAW方法的PEMS测试工况研究

摘要:为研究美国2区/3区移动平均窗口法(2 bin/3 bin-moving average window, 2B/3B-MAW)与我国便携式排放测试系统(portable emission measurement system,PEMS)方法的差异,选择3辆样车按照3B-MAW的测试方法开展测试和数据分析,并对其中2辆样车按国六排放标准进行PEMS测试,对比分析不同试验方法的车辆运行工况特征和差异。结果表明:车辆采用3B-MAW测试方法测试的实际道路运行负荷概率分布符合随机事件特征;将低负荷区和中高负荷区合并考核更符合车辆的实际运行情况;试验时间不少于6 h的运行工况能够代表车辆运行的随机特征。

Study on PEMS test cycle based on 3B-MAW method

Abstract:To study the differences between the 2 bin/3 bin moving average window (2B/3B-MAW) method in the United States and the portable emission measurement system (PEMS) method in China, three vehicles are selected to conduct testing and data analysis according to the 3B-MAW testing method. Two of the vehicles are tested according to CHINA 6, and the operating characteristics and differences of the vehicles under different testing methods are compared and analyzed. The results show that the probability distribution of the actual vehicle running condition tested by the 3B-MAW testing method conformed to the characteristics of random events. When combining low-load-bin with medium/high-load-bin for assessment, it is more in line with the actual operating conditions of the vehicle. The test time shall not be less than 6 h, which could represent the random characteristics of vehicle operation.
