柴油机可调两级涡轮增压系统一维仿真建模及验证

摘要:为降低柴油机在瞬态工况下试验的成本和难度,运用GT-Power软件建立安装可调两级增压系统的柴油机仿真计算模型,并对模型计算结果进行验证。结果表明:所建模型的仿真和试验结果有较好的一致性;稳态工况下,燃油消耗率相对误差为2.95%,进气压力相对误差为4.96%,涡前温度相对误差为4.89%;瞬态工况下,计算转矩、转速和增压压力与试验的结果相差较小且变化趋势有非常好的一致性。该仿真模型准确、可靠,可以进行可调两级增压系统柴油机稳态及瞬态性能的仿真研究,仿真结果可以为两级涡轮增压柴油机试验提供有效的数据支持,提高试验效率。

One-dimensional modeling and verification of diesel engine with regulated two-stage turbocharging system

Abstract:In order to reduce the cost and difficulty of diesel engine testing under dynamic conditions, a simulation model for a diesel engine equipped with regulated two-stage turbocharging system is established using GT-Power software, and the model is verified. The results show that the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results. Under steady state conditions, the relative error of fuel consumption rate between simulation and experiment results is 2.95%, the relative error of intake pressure is 4.96%, and the relative error of pre-turbo temperature is 4.89%. Under dynamic conditions, the calculated torque, rotational speed, and boost pressure have a small difference from the test results and a good consistency in the change trend. This model could be used to conduct simulation studies on the steady-state and dynamic performance of diesel engines with regulated two-stage turbocharging system, which would provide effective data support for the engine tests, and improving test efficiency.
