发动机支架焊接结构疲劳寿命预测

摘要:以发动机消音器焊接支架为例,探讨发动机焊接结构的疲劳评估方法。采用惯性释放法和发动机多体动力学方法,以结构应力法为基础,根据焊根和焊趾的缺口系数计算焊接接头的缺口应力,建立基于准静态多通道疲劳分析法的焊接结构疲劳评估方法,并进行仿真和市场验证。结果表明,该方法在市场验证和跟踪中表现良好,可实现载荷输入、应力求解、焊缝识别和疲劳分析与评估的流程化作业,在产品设计初期预测焊接结构的疲劳寿命。

Fatigue life prediction for welded structure of engine bracket

Abstract:Taking the welded support of engine muffler as an example, the fatigue evaluation method of engine welded structure is discussed. Using the inertia release method and engine multi-body dynamics method, based on the structural stress method, the notch stress of the welded joint is calculated according to the notch coefficient of the weld root and toe, and the fatigue evaluation method of the welded structure based on the quasi-static multi-channel fatigue analysis method is established, which is simulated and verified in the market. The results show that this method performs well in market verification and tracking, and can realize the flow operations of load input, stress solution, weld identification and fatigue analysis and evaluation, and predict the fatigue life of welded structures in the early stage of product design.
