柴油机增压进气系统典型噪声优化

摘要:为降低柴油机在加速换挡时产生的尖锐噪声,改善整车的噪声、振动与声振粗糙度(noise vibrationv harshness, NVH)性能,分析增压进气系统典型噪声的机理及频谱特征和常见的消声措施,研究穿孔管消声器及1/4波长管消声器的作用机理及设计方法;测试整车的进气系统噪声,验证不同消声措施对进气系统噪声的改善效果。结果表明:增压器叶片修形可以在一定程度上降低叶片通过频率噪声;在进气管路上加装穿孔管消声器并包裹隔声材料,可以有效降低进气系统噪声,提高整车NVH性能。该优化方法可以为降低车辆进气系统噪声提供参考。

Optimization of typical noise in turbocharged intake system of diesel engine

Abstract:In order to reduce the sharp noise generated by diesel engine when accelerating gear shift, and improve the performance of vehicle noise, vibration and harshness (NVH), the mechanism and spectrum characteristics of typical noise of turbocharged intake system and common noise reduction measures are analyzed. The mechanism and design method of perforated tube muffler and 1/4 wavelength tube muffler are studied. The noise of the intake system of the whole vehicle is tested to verify the effect of different noise reduction methods on the noise of the intake system. The results show that the modification of turbocharger blade can reduce the noise to a certain extent. Adding perforated tube muffler and wrapping sound insulation material on the intake pipe can effectively reduce the noise of the intake system and improve the vehicle NVH performance. The optimization method can provide reference for reducing noise of vehicle intake system.
