LY1200铁合金煤气发电机组的关键技术

摘要:为解决铁合金煤气用于内燃机发电时易引起发动机进气管回火问题,开发LY1200铁合金煤气发电机组。通过理论分析与试验等方法确定其关键技术为:采用空气与燃气分路增压进气方式及缩口燃烧室,最佳压缩比为12.0,凸轮轴采用滚轮挺柱型负曲率半径型线并优化配气相位,控制系统增加燃气组分与供气压力前馈控制回路。对LY1200铁合金煤气发电机组进行性能试验、可靠性试验和试运行。结果表明:该发电机组的升功率、热耗率、电效率、机油消耗率在国内燃气发动机中处于先进水平,且性能稳定,经济效益显著。

Key technologies of LY1200 metallurgical gas generator set

Abstract:The LY1200 metallurgical gas generator set is developed to solve the problem of tempering of engine inlet pipe when metallurgical gas is used in internal combustion engine power generation. The key technologies are that, air and gas are pressurized separately; necked combustion chamber; optimum compression ratio of 12.0; improved camshaft which adopted roller tappet type negative curvature radius profile and optimizes the valve phase; feedforward control of gas composition and gas supply pressure. Performance test, reliability test and trial operation of the LY1200 metallurgical gas generator set show that the power, heat consumption rate, electric efficiency and oil consumption rate of this gas generator set are at the advanced level in current domestic gas engines.
