变速器齿轮修形优化及评估

摘要:研究齿轮啮合传递误差概率分析法在降低变速器齿轮啸叫中的应用。分析齿轮啸叫噪声产生的原因及齿轮加工精度对啸叫噪声的影响,在计算机辅助工程仿真分析中引入齿轮的制造公差,运用概率统计方法预测齿轮修形优化方案的噪声改善量,并在下线检测台架上进行大批量试验验证。研究及试验结果显示:齿轮啸叫噪声传递误差概率近似服从正态分布,波动量大约为15 dB;与名义值单点分析方法相比,传递误差概率分析方法的分析结果更接近大批量生产的结果,可为车辆噪声、振动、声振粗糙度一致性研究提供参考。

Optimization and evaluation of transmission gear shape

Abstract:The application of gear whistling excitation probability analysis method in reducing transmission gear noise is studied. The causes of gear whistling noise and the influence of gear machining accuracy on whistling noise are analyzed, the manufacturing tolerance of gear is adopted in computer aided engineering (CAE) simulation analysis, the probability statistical method is used to predict the noise improvement of gear modification optimization scheme, and mass test verification is carried out on the off-line inspection bench. The research and test results show that the transmission error probability of gear whistling noise is approximately normal distribution, and the fluctuation is about 15 dB. Compared with the nominal value single point analysis method, the noise reduction effect of transmission error probability analysis method is closer to the result of mass production, which can provide a reference for the development of vehicle noise, vibration and acoustic vibration roughness consistency.
