客车平顺性试验研究

摘要为分析车速对客车平顺性的影响,结合国家相关标准中客车平顺性的试验方法和评价要求,以驾驶员同侧后桥正上方座椅为试验测点的基础上,增加驾驶员座椅和最后排中间座椅试验测点及试验车速,对某品牌大型豪华长途汽车进行脉冲输入和随机输入试验。结果表明:客车在规定满载状态下,车速较低时,乘坐舒适性较好;车速较高时,舒适性有所下降,但仍能满足客车平顺性要求。

Experimental study on ride comfort of passenger cars

Abstract:In order to analyze the influence of the speed on the ride comfort of passenger cars, combined with the test methods and evaluation requirements of the ride comfort of passenger cars in relevant national standards, and on the basis of taking the seat above the rear axle on the same side of the driver as the test measuring point, the test measuring points and test speed of the driver′s seat and the middle seat of the last row are added to carry out the pulse input and random input test of a large luxury long-distance bus. The results show that the ride comfort of the passenger car is better when the car speed is low under the prescribed state of full load, and when the car speed is high, the comfort decreases, but it can still meet the comfort requirements of the passenger car.

分布式纯电动推土机控制策略设计及验证

摘要:以双侧独立电机传动的分布式纯电动推土机为研究对象,基于推土机的实际应用场景和工作模式,建立整车行驶阻力模型和转速控制的物理模型,设计包括车速设定子模块、电机转速设定子模块及功率限制子模块的整车控制策略。为验证整车控制策略的合理性,在MATLAB/Simulink中搭建分布式纯电动推土机系统仿真模型,对3个子模块进行离线仿真分析,证明该策略满足控制需求;并用于实车测试,进一步验证了该控制策略的合理性。

Design and verification of control strategy for distributed electric bulldozer

Abstract:Taking the distributed electric bulldozer driven by two independent motors as the research object, and based on the practical application scenes and working modes of bulldozer, the vehicle running resistance model and the physical model of speed control are established to design the vehicle control strategy including the sub-modules of speed setting, motor speed setting and power limit. In order to verify the rationality of the vehicle control strategy, the simulation model of distributed electric bulldozer system is built in MATLAB/Simulink to make the offline simulation analysis of three sub-modules and prove that the strategy meets the control requirements. The control strategy is applied to the real vehicle test to further verify the rationality of the control strategy.

重特大危险化学品道路运输事故原因与预防

摘要:为分析发生重特大危险化学品道路运输事故的原因,以2011—2020年我国发生的8起重特大事故案例为例,基于事故致因“2-4”模型,从事故发生的时间、地点、车辆类型、碰撞形态等方面,归纳事故的共性特征及安全监管重点,对引发事故个体层面的不安全动作和习惯性行为,物态层面的货物、车辆、道路和环境的不安全状态,以及组织层面的安全管理体系和安全文化缺陷进行挖掘与归类,明确引发该类事故的关键因素及共性原因。根据致因分析结果,提出基于“知识控制”和计划、执行、检查、处理(plan、do、check、act,PDCA)循环模式的个体及组织事故预防对策。

Accident causes and prevention oftransporting the most hazardous chemicals

Abstract:To analyze the accident causes of transporting the most hazardous chemicals, eight cases of major accidents which happened during 2011—2020 in China are taken as an example. Based on the “2-4” model of accident causes, the common characteristics of accidents and the key points of safety supervision are summarized from the aspects of time, place, vehicle type and collision forms of accidents. The unsafe acts and habitual behaviors at the individual level, the unsafe states of goods, vehicles, roads and environment at the physical level, as well as the defects of the safety management system and safety culture at the organizational level are identified and classified to clarify the key factors and common causes of such accidents. According to the analytical results of accident causes, accident prevention countermeasures of individuals and organizations are proposed based on the cycle mode of “knowledge control” and PDCA (plan, do, check, act).

液化石油气铁路罐车运输风险评价

摘要:为研究液化石油气(liquefied petroleum gas, LPG)铁路罐车的运输风险,从人员、环境、机械设备、管理和液化石油气5个方面提取18个风险影响因素,利用引入C-OWA算子改进后的相互作用矩阵进行交互耦合分析,建立适用于LPG铁路罐车运输风险的评价模型,在削弱专家主观偏好和考虑单一风险影响因素的基础上,研究2个及2个以上风险因素间的相互影响对安全运输的作用效果。实际应用表明,所建模型能够较准确地评价液化石油气铁路罐车的运输风险。

Transportation risk evaluation of railway tank car ofliquefied petroleum gas

Abstract:In order to study the transportation risks of railway tank wagons of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG),eighteen risk factors are extracted from five aspects of personnel, environment, mechanical equipment, management and LPG. The interaction matrix improved by the introduction of the C-OWA operator is used to analyze the interactive coupling. An evaluation model suitable for transportation risks of LPG railway tank cars is established. Then, on the basis of weakening the subjective preference of experts and considering the effect of a single risk factor, the effect of the mutual influence of two or more risk factors on safe transportation is further studied. The practical application shows that the established model can accurately evaluate the transportation risks of LPG railway tank wagons.

基于贝叶斯网络的城市交通规划辅助决策模型

摘要:为解决传统模型定位跟踪能力较差、交通规划决策线路覆盖不均衡的问题,构建基于贝叶斯网络的城市交通规划辅助决策模型。根据城市交通特征提取机动车的分布状态,得到城市某一随机路段的交通流量,利用贝叶斯网络定位跟踪交通移动目标,实现交通流量和通行状态的实时追踪、结合跟踪结果,依据平衡分配规划指标构建城市交通规划辅助决策模型。结果表明:所建模型在不同移动速度下的跟踪误差小于2组传统模型;在城市交通线路规划决策上,该模型反馈的交通线路覆盖更加均衡,能够为整个城市区域的交通线路提供更加多样化的选择,模型的综合性能更优。

Assistant decision-making model of urban traffic planning based onBayesian network

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of poor positioning and tracking ability of traditional models and unbalanced problems of route coverage in traffic planning decision-making, an auxiliary decision-making model of urban traffic planning based on Bayesian network is constructed. According to the characteristics of urbantraffic, the distribution state of motor vehicles is extracted, and the traffic flow of a certain random road section in the city is obtained. The Bayesian network is used to locate and track the traffic moving target, so as to realize the real-time tracking of traffic flow and traffic state. Combined with the tracking results, the auxiliary decision-making model of urban traffic planning is established according to the balanced allocation planning index. The results show that the tracking error of the model under different moving speeds is less than that of the two traditional models; in the decision-making of urban traffic route planning, the traffic route coverage fed back by the model is more balanced, which can provide more diversified choices for the whole urban area, and the comprehensive performance of the model is better.

考虑旅客携带行李的高铁站安检系统仿真优化

摘要:为提高大型高速铁路客运站的运营水平以及在特殊时期处理和组织客流的能力,分析高速铁路客运站安检设施配置与旅客在安检过程中活动的相互作用和相互影响,以元旦期间成都东站安检系统为例,利用仿真软件AnyLogic建立基于旅客携带行李的安检系统仿真模型。借助模糊粗糙集与改进粗数法确定安检评价指标,仿真分析结果表明,安检过程中安检通道后端拥堵与各安检通道设备利用率不均衡是高铁站安检系统的主要瓶颈。基于此,将客流重新划分为旅客主导型与行李主导型,相应安检仪、安检门、手检台的数量配置比从原来的2:3:3改为1:2:2和2:2:2;将第2段传送带的输送速度提升至0.4 m/s;将旅客主导型客流安检通道的防护栏高度减少约0.35 m。仿真结果表明:优化后的成都高铁客运站安检系统减少旅客平均安检时间约25.72%,安检处的行人密度下降约25.56%,设备服务偏离度降低约43.27%。

Simulation optimization of security inspection system of

high-speed railway station based on passengers′ luggage

Abstract:In order to improve the operation level of large-scale high-speed railway passenger station and the ability of handling and organizing passenger flow in the special period, the interaction between the layout of security facilities and passengers′ activities in the process of security inspection is studed. Taking the security inspection system of Chengdu East Passenger Station during New Year′s day as an example, the simulation software AnyLogic is used to establish its simulation model based on passengers′ luggage. With the help of fuzzy rough set and improved rough number method, the security inspection evaluation index is established. The simulation results show that the main bottleneck in the process of security inspection is the back-end congestion and the imbalance of equipment utilization in each security inspection channel. The passenger flow is re-divided into the passenger-oriented one and baggage-oriented one, and the number allocation ratio of the corresponding security apparatus, security doors and hand checkpoints is changed from 2:3:3 to 1:2:2 and 2:2:2. The conveying speed of the second conveyor belt increases to 0.4 m/s. The height of the guardrail of the passenger-led safety inspection channel reduces by about 0.35 m. The optimization results show that it is better to improve the efficiency of physical inspection on the basis of passenger flow division, which can reduce the average time of passenger security inspection by about 25.72%, the pedestrian density at the security inspection place by about 25.56%, and the deviation degree of equipment service by about 43.27%.

基于不均衡度的空中交通运行状态评价

摘要:针对多航路扇区空中交通运行状态的复杂性及其规律性,综合考虑管制员和航空器在空中交通运行中的重要角色和影响,提出一种以管制员和空中交通流为核心的空中交通运行状态评价方法。将空中交通运行状态划分为健康状态、亚健康状态和不健康状态3种,基于管制员工作负荷和航空器在扇区内分布的不均衡程度,建立空中交通运行状态评价指标体系,采用熵权法、层次分析法和集对分析理论识别空中交通运行状态,实现进一步把控空中交通管制运行风险的目的。选取厦门1号扇区的实际运行数据作为研究实例,验证了评价模型的有效性与实用性。

Evaluation of air traffic operation state based on unbalanced degree

Abstract:In view of the complexity and certain regularity of air traffic operation state in multi-airway sectors, and considering the important role and influence of controllers and aircrafts in air traffic operation, an evaluation method of air traffic operation state with controllers and air traffic flow as the core is proposed. The air traffic operation state is divided into healthy, sub-healthy and unhealthy states. Based on the workload of controllers and the uneven distribution of aircrafts in the sector, the evaluation index system of air traffic operation state is established. The entropy weight method, analytic hierarchy process and set pair analysis theory are used to identify the air traffic operation state, so as to further control the operation risk of air traffic control. The actual operation data of Xiamen Sector 1 is selected as a research example to verify the effectiveness and practicability of the evaluation model.

波形钢腹板预应力混凝土连续梁桥参数敏感性分析

摘要:为研究波形钢腹板预应力混凝土连续梁桥的参数敏感性,以减河大桥为研究对象建立有限元模型,分析主梁质量、混凝土弹性模量、预应力损失及混凝土收缩徐变等参数对主梁结构的影响,从主梁顶板、底板应力变化及竖向挠度变化确定各参数对结构的影响程度,即参数敏感性。结果表明:主梁质量、预应力损失和混凝土收缩徐变对桥梁结构影响较大,混凝土弹性模量对桥梁结构影响较小,边跨合龙处、中跨合龙处和0#块位置受影响程度较大,应加强监控,保证成桥后的结构安全和线形平顺。

Parameters sensitivity analysis of prestressed concrete

continuous girder bridge with corrugated steel webs

Abstract:In order to study the parameter sensitivity of prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge with corrugated steel webs, the finite element model is established with the Jianhe Bridge as the research object, to analyze the influence degree of different parameters, such as the main girder mass, concrete elastic modulus, prestressed loss and concrete shrinkage, creep on the main girder structure and so on, on the structure. This is called the parameter sensitivity, which is determined from the stress change and the vertical deflection change of the main girder roof and floor. The results show that the main girder mass, prestressed loss and concrete shrinkage and creep have great influence on the bridge structure, and the concrete elastic modulus has little influence on the bridge structure. The closure of side span, the closure of middle span and the position of 0#block are greatly affected. The monitoring should be strengthened to ensure the structural safety and linear smoothness after the completion of the bridge.

上跨铁路站场钢桁架输煤栈桥加固设计

摘要:为解决上跨电气化铁路站场施工影响铁路运营的问题,设计一种专用的上跨铁路钢桁架栈桥检修车,在确保栈桥下铁路运营安全的前提下,对锈蚀严重的钢桁架部件进行除锈、加固及更换。采用有限元软件对钢桁架新增加的检修车荷载进行结构计算,核定结构拉杆应力、主桁应力、结构剪应力等,保证施工及结构的安全。计算结果表明,在新增检修荷载工况下,钢桁架结构受力满足规范要求。在检修车防护下,采用增大截面法加固钢桁架杆件,负荷法加固围护结构等方案能确保加固效果,保证了栈桥下铁路站场的正常运营。

Reinforcement design of coal-conveyer-galleryovercrossing railway station

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the construction of the upper-span electrified railway station affects the railway operation, a special maintenance vehicle for the coal-conveyer-gallery is designed. Under the premise of effectively protecting the safety of railway operations under the trestle, the steel truss components with serious corrosion are reinforced and replaced after descaling. The finite element software is used to calculate the structure of the newly added load of the maintenance vehicle for the steel truss, and the structural tension rod stress, the main truss stress and the structural shear stress, etc. are verified to ensure the safety of the construction and structure.The calculation results show that the force of steel truss structure meets thespecification requirements with the newly added maintenance load. Depending on the protection of maintenance vehicle, the reinforcement of steel truss members by the method of increasing the cross-section and the reinforcement of enclosure structure by the loading method ensure the reinforcement effect and also the normal operation of the railway station under the trestle.

拓宽深厚软基区道路桩长优化分析

摘要:为解决深厚软基区老路拓宽存在的新老路基差异沉降问题,探讨改扩建城镇公路拼接处新路桩基的抗差异沉降作用机制与合理设置,建立路面结构-老路基下层土体-新路基下层桩土混合体以及深部软土的有限元力学分析模型,分析拓宽段路面在新老路基土不同模量比条件下路面沉降与侧向位移的变化规律,分析采用不同长度的水泥搅拌桩处理新路基时对新老路基差异沉降的控制作用。研究表明:无桩加固时,新老路基模量比越小差异沉降越大;有桩加固时,不同模量比条件下应采用不同桩长处理新路基,桩长过长或者过短均不利于控制新老路基差异沉降。以路面变形为控制指标,优化分析得到各模量比下的最优桩长和以路表平整为指标的新老路基变形等效深度,为深厚软基区道路拓宽新路基设计提供了依据。

Optimal analysis of road pile length for widening deep soft soil area

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of different settlement between the old and new subgrade soil existing in widening old roads in deep soft soil areas, the mechanism and reasonable setting of anti different settlement of new road pile subgrade at the splicing section in the reconstruction and expansion of urban highway are discussed. The finite element mechanical analysis model of pavement structure, soil under the old subgrade, pile-soil mixture under new subgrade and deep soft soil is established to analyze the pavement settlement and lateral displacement under the conditions of different modulus ratios of the new and old subgrade soil in the widened section of the pavement and also the control effect of different settlement of new and old subgrade when the cement mixing piles with different lengths are used to treat new subgrade. The research shows that when there is no pile reinforcement, the smaller the modulus ratio of the new and old subgrade, the greater the uneven settlement value is. When there is pile reinforcement, the different pile length should be used to treat new subgrade under different modulus ratios, the pile length, too long or too short, is not conducive to control the different settlement of new and old subgrade. Taking the pavement deformation as the control index, the optimal pile length under each modulus ratio and the equivalent deformation depth of the new and old subgrade with the surface smoothness as the index are obtained by the optimization analysis, which provides the design basis for widening new subgrade in deep soft soil area.

REOB改性乳化沥青对冷再生混合料性能的影响

摘要:利用废弃机油残留物(recycled engine oil bottom,REOB)制备REOB改性乳化沥青,研究REOB改性乳化沥青冷再生混合料的空隙率及高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性、疲劳寿命等路用性能,结果表明:REOB改性乳化沥青性能满足规范要求;与普通乳化沥青冷再生混合料相比,REOB与集料的质量比越高,试件空隙率越小,成型质量越好,冷再生混合料的低温、水稳定性能及疲劳性能越好,高温稳定性越差。

Effect of REOB modified emulsion asphalt onperformance of cold recycled mixture

Abstract:Recycled engine oil residue (REOB) is used to prepare REOB modified emulsion asphalt. The road performance of cold recycled mixture of REOB modified emulsion asphalt, such as void ratio, high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance, water stability and fatigue life, is studied. The results show that the performance of REOB modified emulsion asphalt meets the specification requirements. Compared with cold recycled mixture of ordinary emulsion asphalt, the higher the REOB mass fraction is, the smaller the void ratio is; the better the molding quality is, the better the low temperature, water stability and fatigue performance of cold recycled mixture is, and the worse the high temperature stability is.

海拉尔寒区SBS改性沥青混合料动态模量分析

摘要:为研究内蒙古海拉尔寒区沥青路面面层沥青混合料的力学性能演变规律,对AC-20混合料进行配合比设计,对普通AC-20与SBS改性AC-20沥青混合料进行不同温度和不同加载频率的动态模量试验,分析2种混合料的动态模量随试验温度及加载频率的变化规律,研究时温等效原理下的动态模量及主曲线,建立-10 ℃动态模量主曲线,预估低温环境下混合料的动态模量。结果表明:AC-20沥青混合料总体动态模量高于SBS改性AC-20沥青混合料,随频率加大,二者的动态模量差增大,-10 ℃时二者最大模量对数差约为0.390;添加SBS改性沥青混合料较普通AC-20混合料的柔性更佳,低温性能突出,该研究结果可为我国寒区沥青路面设计与应用提供参考。

Abstract:In order to study the evolution law of mechanical properties of asphalt mixture on asphalt pavement surface in Hailar cold region of Inner Mongolia, the mix proportion design of AC-20 mixture is proceeded, and the dynamic modulus test of ordinary AC-20 and SBS modified AC-20 asphalt mixtures at different temperatures and loading frequencies is carried out. The variation of dynamic modulus of the two mixtures with test temperature and loading frequency is analyzed. The dynamic modulus and main curve under the principle of time-temperature equivalence are studied to establish the main curve of dynamic modulus at -10 ℃ and predict the dynamic modulus of the mixture under the low temperature environment. The results show that in general, the dynamic modulus of AC-20 asphalt mixture is higher than that of SBS modified AC-20 asphalt mixture, and with the increase of frequency, the difference between them increases, and the maximum difference of logarithmic modulus at -10 ℃ is 0.390. SBS modified asphalt mixture has better flexibility and outstanding low-temperature performance than ordinary AC-20 mixture. The research results can provide reference for the design and application of asphalt pavement in cold regions of China.
