并联混合动力汽车能量管理与转矩协调控制策略

摘要:研究并联混合动力汽车的控制策略。基于发动机输出转矩最优的能量管理策略,对并联混合动力汽车在工作模式切换中的相互配合问题,提出发动机动态转矩控制+动力电池荷电状态(state of charge, SOC)干预+电机转矩补偿控制的转矩协调控制方法;在Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow平台搭建整车能量管理控制策略模型,控制发动机工作在高效率区,保证发动机输出最优转矩;根据电池的SOC干预电机的运行状态,协同发动机提供整车需求转矩。在Cruise平台下建立整车模型,以新欧洲驾驶周期作为循环工况进行离线仿真。结果表明,能量管理与转矩协调控制策略能够有效分配电机和发动机的转矩输出,满足混合动力汽车多模式切换的要求。

Energy management and torque collaborative control strategy for

parallel hybrid electric vehicle

Abstract:Aiming at the control strategy research of parallel hybrid electric vehicle, the energy management control strategy based on engine optimal torque is adopted to improve fuel economy.In order to cope with the integrating problem of parallel hybrid electric vehicles in mode switching, a torque collaborative control strategy based on “engine dynamic torque control+battery SOC intervention+motor compensation control” is proposed and modeled on Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow platform.The motor is controlled according to the SOC and cooperated with engine to provide vehicle demand torque.A complete vehicle model is also established using Cruise platform for offline simulation with NEDC condition.The results show that the developed torque distribution strategy can effectively coordinate the torque distribution between engine and motor, and meet the multimode switching of hybrid vehicles.

乙醇汽油沉积物生成与喷雾特性试验研究

摘要:为研究乙醇汽油在缸内直喷汽油机中的积碳生成问题及喷雾特性,选取5孔直喷喷嘴为研究对象,通过试验模拟缸内积碳生成环境,制备得到积碳喷油器。基于高速摄像技术和定容弹,对未积碳喷油器和积碳喷油器进行喷雾试验,得到5孔直喷喷嘴的喷雾图像,利用MATLAB程序对喷雾图像进行可视化处理。针对喷雾中可能出现的闪急沸腾现象,研究燃料温度与背景压力对乙醇汽油喷雾闪沸的影响,结果表明:乙醇汽油的使用会加重直喷喷嘴的积碳问题,导致喷嘴的喷油量减小,雾化质量恶化。

Experimental research on ethanol gasoline deposit formation and

its spray characteristics

Abstract:In order to investigate the carbon deposits and spray characteristics of ethanol gasoline for direct injection engine, a fivehole injector is prepared with simulated deposit.The spray characteristics of clean and coked injector are studied in constant volume vessel with the help of high speed photography, and the influence of fuel temperature and back pressure are also investigated.The images are visualized using MATLAB code.The effects of fuel temperature and background pressure on flash boiling of ethanol gasoline spray are studied.The results show that ethanol gasoline brings more carbon deposits, while the injected fuel quantity is reduced and the fuel atomization quality is deteriorated.

低比转速压气机轮毂轮缘型线多目标优化设计

摘要:对电动增压器用低比转速离心压气机轮毂轮缘进行优化设计。采用NUMECA/FINE Design 3D对压气机进行几何参数化,生成数据库样本,利用人工神经网络和遗传算法对轮毂轮缘型线进行优化,并进行流场分析。仿真结果表明,在设计转速为40 000 r/min时,优化后设计点压比和效率分别提高6.59%和3.73%。

Multiobjective optimization design of wheel hub and shroud

for low specific speed compressor

Abstract:The design of the low specific speed wheel hub and shroud for electric supercharger is optimized.The compressor geometry is parameterized by NUMECA/FINE Design3D, and database samples are generated.The artificial neural network and genetic algorithm are used to optimize the wheel profile.The simulation results show that, at the design speed 40 000 r/min,the optimized pressure ratio and efficiency at the design point are increased by 6.59% and 3.73% respectively.

一种基于可变截面涡轮增压器的电液执行器

摘要:为研究可变截面涡轮增压器控制方式对执行器可靠性和控制精度最高性价比的影响,研制一种新型电液执行器,实现执行器与控制阀的一体化设计。该执行器结构简单,控制方便,成本低。台架试验结果表明:该电液执行器的响应时间比步进电机慢约12 ms,响应性略低于步进电机;控制精度与步进电机相同,成本、可靠性优于步进电机。

An electrohydraulic actuator control based on variable nozzle turbocharger

Abstract:In order to study the influence of variable nozzle turbocharger (VNT) control method on cost, reliability and control precision, a new type of electrohydraulic actuator, which realizes the integrated design of the actuator and the control valve, is assembled and tested. The actuator is simple in structure, convenient in control and low in cost. The bench test shows that the responsiveness of the electrohydraulic actuator is 12 seconds lower than that of the stepping motor, while the control precision is the same, and the cost and reliability are much better than stepping motor.

基于热-机耦合仿真的柴油机气门与座圈接触面滑移分析

摘要:基于有限元研究气门与气门座圈在热-机耦合作用下的滑移情况,分析气门落座力、缸内爆发压力、气门锥角以及气门和座圈的密封宽度对气门和座圈密封面上节点滑移量的影响。结果表明,气门和座圈密封面上节点的平均滑移量随着气门锥角、爆压、气门落座力的增大而增大,随着密封宽度的增加而减小。为减小气门和座圈的磨损,应尽可能减小气门的落座力,对气门锥角和密封宽度等进行优化设计。

Sliding analysis of valve and seat of diesel engine based on

thermalmechanical coupling simulation

Abstract:Based on the finite element method, the slippage of valve and valve seat under the action of thermalmechanical coupling is studied.The influence of valve seating force, cylinder pressure, valve cone angle and sealing width of valve and slip on sealing surface of valve and seat ring is analyzed.The results show that the slip increases with the increase of valve cone angle, detonation pressure, seating force and the decrease of sealing width.In order to reduce the valve and seat ring wear,the seat force of the valve should be reduced as far as possible,and the valve cone angle and sealing width should be optimized.

基于RBF的非稳态工况下发动机负荷特性测试

摘要:针对发动机在实车使用过程中负荷特性难以测试的问题,提出基于径向基(radial basis function,RBF)函数神经网络的非稳态工况下发动机负荷特性测试方法,利用发动机实时转速、曲轴角加速度以及输出轴扭矩精确计算实时油耗,误差控制在较低范围内,从而为发动机技术状况的评估提供一种新的思路。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to test the engine load characteristics in the process of realtime operation, a test method of engine load characteristics under unsteady condition based on RBF is presented in this paper. It realizes the accurate calculation of realtime fuel consumption by using engine realtime speed, crankshaft angular acceleration and output shaft torque, and the error control is relatively low. A new idea is provided for the evaluation of engine technical condition.

AlSi9Cu3Fe合金发动机缸体强度有限元分析

摘要:为研究AlSi9Cu3Fe合金发动机缸体材料特性,建立该缸体热负荷分析模型对该发动机缸体进行有限元热-固耦合分析,采用对流换热分析模型进行有限元分析其在受热条件下的应力、在螺栓载荷下的应力与燃气压力条件下的材料应力,分别求得机械应力场和温度场综合热-固耦合模型应力,得出应力云图。分析结果表明:合金发动机缸体各项应力都小于材料最大屈服极限,发动机气缸体满足设计要求。

Finite element analysis of engine block strength of AlSi9Cu3Fe alloy

Abstract:In order to investigate the applicability of AlSi9Cu3Fe alloy for engine block,finite element thermalsolid coupling model is established using convective heat transfer model,in which the thermal stress,bolt stress and gas pressure are considered.The stress and temperature distribution are calculated respectively.The results show that the alloy engine block meets the design requirements.

发动机排气应用研究

摘要:根据驱动桥、变速箱润滑油温度与传动效率的关系,研究发动机排气加热变速箱和驱动桥润滑油对润滑油温度及热车时间的影响。设计排气利用装置,在动力总成试验台架上进行实际管路改造,进行等速油耗、综合工况油耗及动力总成预热等试验。试验结果表明,通过该方式整车综合油耗可以降低1.0%~1.5%,热车时间可减少50%。

Study on the use of engine exhaust

Abstract:According to the relationship between the temperature of the lubricating oil in the transmission and drive axle and transmission efficiency, the influence of heating the transmission and reducing preheating time by engine exhaust is studied.The exhaust gas utilization device is designed, the actual pipeline transformation on the powertrain testbed is carried out, and tests such as constantspeed fuel consumption, comprehensive fuel consumption and powertrain preheating are conducted.The results show that this method can reduce the overall fuel consumption of the vehicle by 1.0%~1.5%, and can reduce the preheating time by 50%.

消声元件安装位置对消声效果的影响

摘要:分别以消声量和管口阶次噪声作为评价指标,研究消声元件安装位置对消声效果的影响规律,设计在直管不同位置安放四分之一波长管的消声量测量试验对消声量评价。结果表明:设计频率声模态下,在反节点处安装波长管消声量最大,与理论分析完全吻合;进一步对消声量进行仿真计算,结果与试验完全相符。对于管口噪声指标评价,设计频率为267 Hz的谐振腔解决某发动机4000 r/min时进气管口存在4阶噪声引起的噪声峰值问题,对比谐振腔安装在进气管路该频率附近的声模态反节点和节点位置的管口4阶噪声,可知谐振腔布置在反节点位置比节点位置噪音降低了24 dB。两个案例充分证明声学系统模态反节点位置是消声元件的最佳布置位置。

The influence of the reduction effect of

the location of silencing element

Abstract:In order to research the influence of the reduction effect of silencing element location, the noise reduction and tailpipe order noise are used as index.An experiment is designed to measure the noise reduction of a quarter wavelength tube which is assembled in different locations. The results show that noise reduction is maximum when wavelength tube is located at the antinode of the acoustic mode of design frequency, which could be proved by theoretical analysis. Further simulation is completely conformed with experiment result. For the evaluation of the tailpipe noise, in order to resolve the peak noise problem caused by 4th order noise at 4000 r/min, a resonator of 267 Hz is designed and tested.Comparing the tailpipe 4th order noise when the resonator is located at the antinode of the acoustic mode and that at the node,it is shown that noise for antinode reduced 24 dB(A) more than that of node. It proves that antinode location is the best installation position of silencing element.

基于车载排放法商用车排放影响因素研究

摘要:为研究商用车实际道路排放试验的影响因素,基于便携式排放测量系统(portable emission measurement system, PEMS)测试技术,进行多组车载排放试验。通过试验数据定性分析试验工况、整车速比、整车载荷、试验海拔等对整车PEMS测试结果的影响。研究表明,整车变速箱、后桥配置存在最佳速比匹配区间,稳定的驾驶工况有利于整车排放,高海拔地区排放变差,且高负荷工况恶化严重,整车载荷、空气湿度与排放结果呈负相关。并从排放检测试验过程、整车配置、整车ECU数据等方面对试验数据进行分析,确定试验条件变化影响整车后处理转化效率和发动机燃烧性能,导致发动机排放性能变化。

Analysis of influencing factors of commercial vehicle emission

based on PEMS

Abstract:In order to study the influencing factors of actual road emission tests of commercial vehicles, multigroup vehiclemounted emission tests are conducted based on portable emission measurement system (PEMS) testing technology. According to the test data, the influence of test conditions, the speed ratio of the rear axle of the gearbox, the load of the vehicle and the altitude of the test on the PEMS test results of the vehicle is analyzed qualitatively. The results show that factors have different effects on the PEMS test results. And vehicle load, air humidity and emission results are negatively correlated. According to the analysis results of the test data of the emission test process, vehicle configuration and ECU data of the vehicle, it is determined that the change of test conditions affects the posttreatment conversion efficiency and engine combustion performance of the vehicle, resulting in the change of engine emission performance.

装载机排放试验方法研究

摘要:为简化非道路机械排放试验方法、缩短试验时间并准确判断试验结果,对某一配套162 kW发动机的5 t装载机按照排放标准要求进行实际作业循环排放试验。试验表明,装载机排放试验循环具有工况单一且稳定和选择性催化还原(selective catalytic reduction,SCR)上游排温波动小的特性。在试验基础上分析不同试验时间对应的排放结果,可知缩短一定试验时间对结果的影响误差在3%以内;通过分析SCR上游排温对排放结果的影响,可以利用SCR上游排温范围对应的SCR转化效率快速评价试验结果,简化了试验方法。

Investigation on emission test method of loader

Abstract:In order to simplify the emission test method of nonroad machinery, shorten the test time and judge the test result accurately, the actual operation emission test of a 5 t loader equipped with 162 kW engine is carried out according to the emission standard requirements. It shows that the loader operation cycle has the characteristics of steady condition and small fluctuation of upstream exhaust temperature in selective catalytic reduction (SCR). By analyzing the corresponding results of different test times, it is concluded that the error of shortening a certain time on the test results is within 3%. By analyzing the influence of SCR upstream exhaust temperature on the emission result, the conversion efficiency of SCR corresponding to SCR upstream exhaust temperature range can be used to quickly evaluate the test result and simplify the test method.

天然气发动机废气控制阀控制及性能匹配

摘要:基于天然气发动机废气控制阀控制机理,试验研究不同结构原理下的废气控制阀的性能指标,通过综合对比分析发现:废气控制阀样件A与增压器性能匹配最佳,增压高效区为RPWM=15%~75%,为优化标定发动机的低速性能及增压器的瞬态响应提供了理论依据。

Control mechanism and performance match ofnatural gas engine exhaust adjust valve

Abstract:Based on the control mechanism of wastegate control valve of natural gas engine, the performance indicators of wastegate control valves with different structures are studied through tests. Through comprehensive comparison and analysis, sample A is the best match for the turbocharger, and the high turbo charging efficiency area is PWM duty cycle from 15% to 75%,which provides a theoretical basis for calibration and optimization of the engine at low speed performance and transient response of the turbocharger.

摘要:为满足G9512-500GFT型燃气发电机组冷却系统的实时变工况冷却强度调节要求,对冷却系统控制策略和冷却介质的流向组织进行改进设计,计算冷却量,对主辅设备进行选型和匹配,完成具有自控式、智能化动态冷却强度调节功能的燃气发电机组冷却系统的设计与匹配,并通过样机试验完成可行性验证。

Cooling system design of G9512-500GFT gas generator set

Abstract:In order to meet the requirements of G9512-500GFT gas generator set cooling in variable working condition, the cooling control strategy and coolant flow are redesigned. According to the calculated cooling amount, the main and auxiliary equipments are rematched and a intelligent selfcontrol strategy for dynamic cooling adjustment is developed. Finally, the feasibility of the system is verified by the prototype test.

电控高压油泵供油效率仿真计算与分析

摘要:基于AMESim建立高压油泵的仿真模型,包括低压油路、燃油比例控制阀、凸轮、柱塞偶件、出油阀、进油阀等,利用仿真模型分析低压油路参数、柱塞顶隙容积对油泵供油效率的影响,通过高压油泵试验台试验对比验证仿真模型的准确性。结果表明:低压油路的控制压力较小时,油泵供油效率随着泄压阀控制压力的增大明显增加;当压力达到一定值之后,供油效率缓慢增加;在相同条件下,转速越高油泵供油效率越高;油泵供油效率随进出油阀余隙容积增加而逐渐降低。

Simulation and analysis of fuel pump efficiency of high pressure pump

Abstract:The numerical simulation model of highpressure pump including low pressure pipes, IMV valve, campiston assembly, outlet valve, inlet valve is established by the software of AMESim, and the simulation model is validated by real test. The pump efficiency impact by low pressure pipes and plunger headspace is also analysed. The research shows that the efficiency of the fuel pump arises dramatically with the increase of control pressure of the release valve when the pressure of lowpressure fuel loop is relatively low. But when the pressure reaches a certain level, the efficiency arises slightly, even could be considered as constant. Under the same conditions, the fuel pump efficiency arises with the engine speed.As the volume increase of both inlet and outlet valves, the pumping efficiency decreases gradually.

活塞组漏气量超标原因分析及优化

摘要:为解决某高强化柴油机漏气量超标问题,对活塞组的漏气通道进行分析,并利用有限元及动力学分析软件对配缸间隙进行对比分析并进行优化,结果显示优化配缸间隙后漏气量仅降低0.82%。对活塞环装配前后的尺寸进行检测对比,确认活塞环装配不当使得闭口间隙超差并出现漏光现象,是造成发动机漏气量超标的主要原因。对活塞环的装配设备改进之后进行500 h发动机试验,漏气量降低到规定范围内。结果表明,该发动机活塞与缸套的配缸间隙对漏气量影响较小,活塞环装配不当造成漏气量超标。

Overrun blowby cause analysis and optimization of piston assembly

Abstract:In order to solve the leakage of a strengthened diesel piston,blowby passages are analyzed.FEA and dynamics analysis are used for cylinder clearance improving,and the blowby is reduced only for 0.82%.Rings′ dimensions before and after assembly are inspected and compared, the results show the closed gaps are out of specification and lighttight effect is damaged which indicates that improper assembly process is the main cause of overrun blowby.After optimized ring assembly equipment,a new engine is operated for 500 hours and its blowby is reduced to a value within specification.The results indicate that cylinder clearance shows limited impact to blowby and improper assembly of piston rings will bring high blowby.

某柴油机气缸盖垫片密封失效故障分析及改进

摘要:针对某柴油机耐久试验过程中出现的多次漏气故障,结合仿真分析方法,系统分析缸盖垫片漏气故障产生的原因,提出改进进气侧气缸盖和气缸体结构模型、填充材料增大进气侧的刚度和优化缸盖螺栓拧紧工艺等改进措施。经1000 h全负荷耐久试验及3000次热冲击试验验证,改进后的柴油机未发现任何泄漏及密封带部位异常磨损情况,为今后的设计提供了参考依据。

Abstract:Onepiece cylinder head gasket is quite harsh working conditions,a diesel engine development appeared many times in the process of endurance test leakage fault. In this paper, the cylinder head gasket leakage fault are analyzed in detail, combined with the simulation analysis method, the system elaborated the cylinder head gasket leakage fault reasons, put forward the suggestions for improvement, and improvement scheme for the test, provides a reference for future design.
